Nokia today released an official iSync plug-in for the Nokia N8, so for Nokia N8 owners you can now sync your device with MAC via the iSync app available for MAC computers. To get it work, iSync needs at least OS X 10.4.9. It is included as part of Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger), 10.5 (Leopard) and 10.6 (Snow Leopard). More info about iSync compatibility can be found here
About iSync:
Keep on top of your calendar easily by synchronising meetings and appointments between your Nokia device and iCal, Apple’s handy desktop calendar, using iSync.
You can also use iSync to synchronise contact information between your Nokia device and your Mac’s Address Book, including:
Very useful app for your symbian^3 and S60v5 devices by Pico Brothers. It turns Google Translate into a native app for Symbian S60 5th and Symbian^3 devices. It currently supports for 26 languages (It requires a network connection to work.)
Testing a newer build of MeeGo, MeeGo Handset UX (build 1.1.80.0.20101001.1 + updated graphics drivers from Stskeeps) on a Nokia N900. Demonstrated apps (apart from the normal Handset UX and its auto-rotation): That Rabbit Game (QGraphicsView using QGLWidget as viewport) and a MeeGo Touch prototype of gPodder’s podcast list.
Nokia C3 owners should update their device with new firmware because Nokia just released a firmware update v04.60 brings General performance improvements, content and stability to this series 40 device.
If there’s no new firmware detected for your device yet, it might be because it hasn’t reached your region product code yet, or maybe your device is carrier branded. It should roll out to all product codes eventually though.
